Stormcells began in 2014 as a family collaboration with one shared goal: to serve the local community in meaningful ways. What started as a few small projects quickly grew into a lasting effort. That year, Stormcells launched as a family-run nonprofit rooted in the belief that creative problem-solving can spark real change. The name itself—Stormcells—blends "brainstorming" and "braincells" to reflect the organization’s focus on creativity, play, and problem solving.
Officially recognized as a nonprofit in 2015, Stormcells has since partnered with individuals, families, and mission-driven organizations. With a belief in the power of innovation and heart to serve others, Stormcells works at the intersection of service and imagination—helping small teams move forward with greater clarity and momentum.
