When she is not passionately solving problems and puzzles for work she is serving her church and community or hanging out with her family playing games, hiking, creating art, reading, or gardening at home.

Gayle is a librarian, attorney, farmer, teacher, and businesswoman. Currently, she is the Executive Director of SWON, the Southwestern Ohio Regional Library Consortium. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, her dogs, and spending time with her 101 year old mom.

Passionate about the organization's work and supporting staff, Elizabeth works throughout the community to share the story of early childhood education, social-emotional well-being, and college-career readiness.

Hailey Wiggins
Hailey is a senior marketing major at NKU who has served as president of the Delta Zeta Sorority and Student Alumni Council. She has had five marketing internships and plans to go into marketing research. When not in school or working, she enjoys playing with her two puppies, ZooKo and Cooper and watching her boyfriend play soccer at KCU.

Colleen is a Cincinnati native and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. She has spent her entire career at Fidelity Investments. She resides in Madeira with her husband and has 2 daughters. She's excited and honored to be apart of the 2020 Women's Think Tank!

Susie Underwood
Susie spent 15 years in her first career providing direct patient care as a registered nurse. Returning to school she graduated with her accounting degree in 1999 and enjoyed 20 years working as a CPA with a focus on healthcare analytics. Recently retired she enjoys having time to volunteer with local organizations, travel and hike.

Nicole has been an elementary school teacher for 25 years. She is currently a Math Intervention Teacher for Covington Independent Schools. She resides in Verona, KY with her husband and two dogs. She is the proud "memaw" of two handsome grandsons.

Laurie Wolsing
Laurie is the Vice President for Children Services at Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission. She earned her Bachelor degree at Northern Kentucky University in Human Service/Mental Health with a concentration in Early Childhood. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Blair Elizabeth Godshall
Blair is studying Audio/Video Production at Cincinnati State, and obtaining her Yoga Teacher Certification. She also has a BFA in Theatre from Northern Kentucky University. She is the founder of the Nomadic Performance Initiative; a mixed media performing arts company dedicated to finding scarce resources and replacing them with abundance. Her company made its inaugural appearance last year at the Lincoln Grant Scholar House with the help of the Carnegie in Covington. She teaches Zumba and loves to cook and bake.
