Quarter Three Challenge
Go Pantry

With the unpredictable environment in which we are now trying to navigate...

How might Go Pantry simplify and streamline order processes through automating school communication requests, pick-up process, and Go Bag/Go Box counts?

The goal is to drive scale and efficiency in purchasing, volunteer packing events, and school delivery, in order to get more food to kids in need.

APPLICABLE FINANCIAL INFORMATION
PER LAURA & BETH:  "There is no budget amount specifically set aside for this automation project.  Typically, Go Pantry has these services donated, or we use out-of-the-box solutions.  For example, we needed a better way to track volunteer waivers.  SignUp.com offers automated waivers as part of the event sign up process.  We switched from Sign Up Genius to SignUp.com to take advantage of this feature.  One hesitation with automation is future support.  What happens when the automation breaks or needs upgrades?  We would be willing to pay for a solution if we have a solid path for future support."
