Elizabeth has been at Focus On Success since 2009. Her business philosophy is to grow relationships with clients through excellent service and trusted advice. Since Elizabeth’s hire at Focus On Success, she has kindled a passion to develop a holistic financial approach to help her clients achieve their life goals. Elizabeth currently resides in Fort Wright, Kentucky, with her husband Zach, and kitty, Cleo.
Gayle is a librarian, attorney, farmer, teacher, and businesswoman. Currently, she is the Executive Director of SWON, the Southwestern Ohio Regional Library Consortium. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, her dogs, and spending time with her 101 year old mom.

Elizabeth is the Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing for Learning Grove. She focuses her efforts on creating and maintaining an informative and engaging voice for Learning Grove, internally and externally. Passionate about the organization's work and supporting staff, Elizabeth works throughout the community to share the story of early childhood education, social-emotional well-being, and college-career readiness.
Susie spent 15 years in her first career providing direct patient care as a registered nurse. Returning to school she graduated with her accounting degree in 1999 and enjoyed 20 years working as a CPA with a focus on healthcare analytics. Recently retired she enjoys having time to volunteer with local organizations, travel and hike.
Colleen is a Cincinnati native and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. She has spent her entire career at Fidelity Investments. She resides in Madeira with her husband and has 2 daughters. She's excited and honored to be apart of the 2020 Women's Think Tank!
Hailey is a senior marketing major at NKU who has served as president of the Delta Zeta Sorority and Student Alumni Council. She has had five marketing internships and plans to go into marketing research. When not in school or working, she enjoys playing with her two puppies, ZooKo and Cooper and watching her boyfriend play soccer at KCU.
Nicole has been an elementary school teacher for 25 years. She is currently a Math Intervention Teacher for Covington Independent Schools. She resides in Verona, KY with her husband and two dogs. She is the proud "memaw" of two handsome grandsons.
Laurie is the Vice President for Children Services at Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission. She earned her Bachelor degree at Northern Kentucky University in Human Service/Mental Health with a concentration in Early Childhood. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family.
